The opening ceremony of the monument to Islam Karimov was attended by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the First President's wife Tatyana Karimova, gazeta.uz reports. A monument to the First President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov was opened in front of the Oksaroy residence in Tashkent on August 31.
