Tajik President Emomali Rahmon will participate in the next meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State that will take place in the Russian city of Sochi on October 11. According to the press center of the CIS Executive Committee, the meeting will focus on the issues related to further expansion of cooperation between the CIS member nations in the key areas.
