Emomali Rahmon today on the eve of the 26th anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic in the capital’s Palace of Nations handed over shoulder straps of Colonel-General to the Interior Ministry Ramazon Rakhimzoda, Chairman of the State Committee for National Security Saimumin Yatimov and Prosecutor General Yusuf Rahmon.
