Dushanbe Mayor yesterday received St. Petersburg Vice-Governor, Ms. Anna Mityanina, according to the Dushanbe mayor’s office. The two sides reportedly discussed issues related to bilateral cooperation between the Tajik capital and St. Petersburg, which is the second largest city in Russia.
